Please Read This Important Information Before Ranking Your Meeting Selections

Selection of Meetings.
Determine the warehouse distributors and program group members with whom you would like to have a one-on-one meeting. Those who have indicated they are not able to participate this year are not listed on the selection sheet, saving you a wasted pick.

Once again, a record number of WD’s are participating! Please note companies participating for the first time who are indicated with one asterisk.

You should request between 25-30 meetings for each team’s set of private appointments to maximize the number of filled time slots – 19 computer-scheduled appointments, plus one optional open time slot, constitutes a full schedule. The appointments are 40 minutes in length, with 5 minutes of travel time between meetings.

Determine the importance and priority of each selection, then indicate this priority in numerical sequence (1 being the highest priority) on the form next to the company’s name. If you have one team conducting meetings, your selection should show 1 – 30. If you have two teams, your selection should show 1-60. There can be no “blocked” time slots, as it disrupts the scheduling process and is unfair to others.

You have the opportunity this year to opt-out of no more than three meetings. WD’s have had the same opportunity. For the meetings you wish to opt-out of, indicate an “X” next to the company’s name, rather than a number.
