AWDA BUSINESS & EDUCATION CONFERENCE Please Read This Important Information Before Ranking Your Meeting Selections Selection of Meetings. You should request up to 30 meetings
for each team’s set of private appointments to maximize the number of
filled time slots – 19 computer-scheduled appointments
constitutes a full schedule.
The appointments are 40 minutes in length, with 5 minutes of travel
time between meetings. An Optional Open Time Slot is also available, which
must be arranged directly between your company and the vendor. Determine the importance and priority of each vendor;
indicate this priority in numerical sequence (1 being the highest priority)
on the form next to the vendor’s name.
If you have one team conducting meetings, your selection should show
1 – 30. If you have two or three
teams, your selection should show 1-60.
Please note there can be no “blocked” time
slots. Although there may
be valid reasons for these requests, it disrupts the scheduling process and
is not fair to others.
New in 2011 – You have the opportunity this year to opt-out of at least
three meetings. Manufacturers will have the same opportunity when making
their 1-on-1 selections. For those meetings you wish to opt-out of this year
(no more than three), indicate an “X” next to the company’s name, rather
than a number.
First-timer Incentive for AWDA Conference Participation Qualifying “First Time WD’s” that
attend the 2010 conference and participate in the 1-on-1s will receive one
(1) complimentary registration.
Registration is valued at $365 and covers all
AWDA conference events, including the Executive Briefing, plus the AAPEX and
Extra Team Incentive for WDs
